Moodboard

This moodboard is mainly for the main character of my story, but also for the animation as a whole. The color squares are going to be the base for a lot of the colors in the animation, for example the pig and her friends. I went with more hushed pinks to show that the pig is shy and and calm. The story takes place at a mud pool so that's what the liquid pictures are to represent. While the picture of the pig on the bottom was a reference I used when creating my character, the flowers above are to show that she is delicate and likes to smell good, rather than be dirty and muddy.

2D Short Ideas

For my animated short, the main character is going to basically be about a pig who is afraid of getting dirty/the mud. All of her friends want to go to the "pool", but she hates the idea because of having the fear of dirt. However, she is a pig so this is what she is supposed to like doing with her friends, so after her friends try countless times to get her into the mud pool she finally caves, gets over her fear, and realized that... she is either still afraid of the mud or that she actually really likes it.
